Invoices

Create, send, track, and refund invoices.

Creating an invoice

Open New invoice, choose the client, and add one line per item (description, unit price, quantity). Currency, due date, and notes sit under Details and default from your settings.

In a hurry? Use the AI quick-draft at the top - type or dictate something like "design work for Acme, 3 days at 400" and the fields prefill for you to review. See AI & voice.

Draft vs send

  • Save as draft keeps it private - nothing is sent and no payment link exists yet.
  • Send pushes the invoice to Whop and emails the client a pay link. A due date is required to send.

Statuses

Invoices move through Draft, Open, Paid, Past due, Uncollectible, and Void. Status updates automatically from Whop payment webhooks; refunds and chargebacks are flagged on the invoice.

Reminders, refunds, and more

  • Send a reminder email to a client for an open or past-due invoice.
  • Refund a paid invoice in full from the three-dot menu on the invoice page.
  • Duplicate any invoice into a fresh draft, or mark an invoice paid/uncollectible/void.
  • Export your invoices to CSV (filter by status and date range) from the Invoices page.
