Our platform fee

We charge a platform fee of 2% per paid invoice, collected automatically when your invoice is paid. There is no subscription, and drafts, clients and payment reminders are free. Invoices that are never paid cost nothing.

Payment processing

When your customer pays, payment-processing fees are charged by the payment network and deducted from the amount you receive. The rate depends on how and where your customer pays:

Domestic cards & digital wallets2.7% + $0.30

International cards+1.5%

Currency conversion (if required)+1%

ACH direct debit (US)1.5% (max $5)

Billing & lifecycle handling0.5%

Some payment methods and countries carry different rates. The exact fees for each payment are itemised on the payment record.

Withdrawals

Money you receive accumulates in your wallet at no cost. A fee applies when you withdraw, depending on the payout method:

Next-day ACH (US)$2.50

Instant bank deposit (RTP)4% + $1.00

Crypto5% + $1.00

Venmo (US)5% + $1.00

Bank wire$23.00

Disputes

If a customer disputes a charge (a chargeback), a flat fee of $15.00 applies per dispute, regardless of the outcome.
